Arif Chowdhury

Arif is a commercial litigator based in Calgary. He has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan, as well as acted for an intervenor at the Supreme Court of Canada. Arif is also experienced in domestic and international arbitration. Arif has represented a wide variety of clients in matters concerning complex commercial litigation, construction disputes, complex breach of trust and breach of fiduciary matters, franchise disputes, and class actions.
