Before joining Filion in 2018, Ashley built her career in management-side labour and employment law at a respected Toronto boutique and one of southeastern Ontario’s leading full-service Firms. As a partner, Ashley offers practical, forward-thinking advice and representation to unionized and non-unionized employers of all sizes across both public and private sectors. Her practice spans the full spectrum of labour and employment law. Ashley regularly advises on human rights, occupational health and safety, executive compensation, and employment contracts. She also supports clients through workplace investigations, corporate restructurings, collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, and matters involving union organizing.
