Ayse Dalli is a partner at McCarthy Tétrault in Montréal and a leading advocate in complex professional liability and health law defence matters. She is regularly entrusted with high-stakes mandates involving significant legal, financial, and reputational exposure, acting for institutions, professionals, and regulated entities across Quebec. A seasoned trial lawyer, Ayse appears frequently before Quebec’s civil courts, as well as administrative and professional tribunals. She is recognized for her strategic judgment, rigorous preparation, and pragmatic advocacy, grounded in a deep understanding of her clients’ professional and business realities. Ayse plays a prominent leadership role within her firm.
