Bonnie Anderson is a partner in the Real Estate group of Dentons’ Calgary office. Bonnie relies on her unique background in architecture, urban planning, economics and the law to provide strategic advice to clients looking to successfully navigate the development process. Understanding the land development process, and motivation of stakeholders, is the key to success. From complex mixed-use developments to single- family residences, she provides advice on a full range of municipal matters. She has appeared before municipal councils, Municipal Planning Commissions, Subdivision and Development Appeal Boards (SDAB), Municipal Government Board (MGB), Environmental Appeal Board (EAB), Court of King's Bench and Court of Appeal.
