Brad Schneider is well-known as a trusted advisor in respect of both mergers and acquisitions, and emerging technology and venture capital law in Alberta. As Co-Leader of Fasken’s Emerging Technology and Venture Capital Group in Alberta, Brad provides strategic legal guidance to technology companies throughout their lifecycle, from startup formation and capital raising to strategic exits. He also advises angel investors, strategic investors, and institutional funds on financing and M&A transactions across the innovation space. Brad’s practice also focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate/commercial matters across all industries. He has extensive experience advising strategic and financial acquirers and sellers on both domestic and international M&A transactions, including in the transportation, agribusiness, energy, and technology industries. His experience also includes corporate reorganizations, governance, and commercial agreements.
