Brook Greenberg, QC, is a leading BC litigator with a stellar reputation in complex commercial litigation, including banking and forestry litigation. He has also been counsel in numerous proceedings relating to substantial construction disputes. Brook has significant experience and has appeared before all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Clients seek Brook out for representation in civil litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters. He ensures that clients' business objectives are the primary focus of the litigation strategy. Brook has been an elected Bencher of the Law Society of British Columbia since 2016. He is currently Chair of the Law Society Mental Health Task Force, Vice Chair of the Discipline Committee, Vice Chair of the Lawyer Development Task Force and a member of the Complainants’ Review Committee. He also teaches Civil Procedure as an Adjunct Professor at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at The University of British Columbia.
