He has extensive expertise in Aboriginal law and has worked on a broad range of Aboriginal law and policy issues across Canada, both in government and private practice. He regularly advises clients on Aboriginal and environmental issues relating to resource development, energy, and infrastructure projects, including consultation and accommodation and the negotiation of agreements with Aboriginal groups.
