Carly Klinkhoff

Before joining Torys, Carly worked as Associate General Counsel at a private equity firm in Toronto that specializes in the metals and mining sector and practised at a large national law firm in Toronto and Montreal. Carly acts as Secretary on the Executive Committee of the Natural Resources and Energy Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association and as a Mentor for Business Transactions, a second year course for law students at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University. Carly is also a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association, New York Bar Association and American Bar Association.
