She has represented reporting issuers in connection with investigations by the Autorité des marchés financiers (Quebec securities commission) relating to insider trading, continuous disclosure obligations and material change reporting. She also defends and assists professionals in civil actions, disciplinary proceedings or investigations undertaken by regulators or professional bodies.
