Extensive experience in the litigation of professional regulatory issues on behalf of regulators and professionals. Represents clients on judicial review applications and appeals in relation to tribunal decisions and administrative actions. Has represented clients at the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as the courts of appeal of Ontario, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, in class actions and professional regulatory matters.
