Casey is one of Canada’s leading competition lawyers. He brings a unique analytical approach to competition law issues, having practised with leading firms in Toronto, Washington, and London. He has been named one of the world’s top 40 competition lawyers under 40 (Global Competition Review, 2012), one of the "Top 40 Under 40" lawyers in Canada (Lexpert®, 2012) and is a two-time finalist for GCR’s worldwide “Lawyer of the Year – Under 40” Award (2014, 2013). His Harvard Law School LLM thesis on competitor collaborations under the US Sherman Act was a finalist in the Swope Antitrust Writing Competition. He speaks Italian and French, and has a conversational grasp of Russian and Bulgarian. He is admitted to practise in Ontario, New York, and England and Wales.
