Catherine is a partner of the Montréal Commercial Real Estate Group at BLG. She boasts considerable experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including large-scale acquisitions and dispositions, financings, and developments across a wide range of asset classes, including office towers, shopping centres, hotels, senior housing residences, and industrial properties. She is also involved with commercial leases from simple projects to complex, mixed-use, multi-level developments, management and rehabilitation of environmentally impacted properties, mining law, and telecommunication work. She is active in various professional organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Development Institute of Québec, and Commercial Real Estate Women Network. Catherine is also director of the BLG Reads to Kids program. Recognized in the 2022 edition (and since 2020) of The Best Lawyers in Canada (Real Estate Law). Graduate of the Université de Sherbrooke. Called to the Québec Bar in 1997.
