Chantelle is known for her superb oral advocacy skills and her innovative use of litigation technology. She advises clients of all sizes across a wide range of civil litigation matters, including complex commercial, competition, and securities disputes. A significant portion of her practice involves the defence of national and cross-border class actions. Chantelle is at the forefront of the use of litigation technology, and regularly consults on best practices for electronic and virtual litigation. A frequent lecturer and author, Chantelle presents for organizations such as the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and The Advocates’ Society. Chantelle is chair of the Governance and Risk Management Committee and a member of the board of Earth Rangers. She is a member of the Commercial List Users Committee, and holds leadership positions with The Advocates’ Society’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group, the OBA Civil Litigation Section Executive, and the OBA Class Action Section Executive, among others.
