Known for her skilled advocacy and strategic judgment, Chantelle maintains a broad trial and appellate practice, specializing in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. She has extensive experience in national and cross-border class actions, competition litigation, securities litigation, shareholder disputes and oppression. Chantelle has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and all levels of court in Ontario, BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan. She has also acted as counsel before the Competition Tribunal, the OSC and in international arbitrations.
