Charles has also been involved in a very large number of buy-out transactions, equity investments, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions including LBOs and MBOs, acting for private equity and venture capital funds, Fortune 500 companies, and growth companies. Over the years, Charles has been involved in the creation of numerous funds and investment companies both in Canada and elsewhere. Charles acts as strategic corporate counsel for many Qu├ębec-based companies and as Canadian counsel for a number of multinationals and international investors doing business in Canada.
