Charles is the founder of Immigration Solutions Law Group, which was established in 1994 and is a recognized leader in global mobility solutions. He leads a team of 8 experienced and highly regarded multi-jurisdictional immigration lawyers, including Certified Specialists in Immigration Law. The firm provides Canada, US cross-border and international immigration and citizenship legal solutions to high net worth investors, professionals, families, and students – with a particular focus on supporting multinational employers hiring or relocating key employees. He studied law at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and at the Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands. He is a former Canadian diplomat and overseas visa officer, and is dual licensed as a lawyer in Ontario (1985) and in New York State (1992). He is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Citizenship and Immigration law, and is a member of the New York State bar, the Canadian Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
