Chi practises corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, divestures and project development within the energy industry. She has been involved in a broad range of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, complex commercial arrangements and corporate reorganizations. Before joining Blakes, Chi was an associate at an international law firm in Calgary. Prior to immigrating to Canada, she practised law at one of Nigeria’s oldest law firms.
