Chris Drinovz is a partner, an experienced employment and labour lawyer, and the head of the Employment & Labour Group at KSW Lawyers (Kane Shannon Weiler LLP). Chris has been assisting local businesses and individuals in the South Fraser Region with workplace issues since 2010, when he first started working as a lawyer. His expertise covers all facets of the workplace including wrongful dismissal, employment contracts, shareholder disputes, workplace policies, human rights, labour, disciplinary actions and professional regulatory matters, disability claims, and all WorkSafeBC matters, including prohibited action complaints and occupational health and safety. Chris started the Employment & Labour Group at the firm after joining in 2016. Since then, he’s grown the group to its current size of six lawyers and a designated paralegal, in addition to legal assistants. Outside of the firm, Chris is on the Executive of the Employment Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association BC. He is also on the Policy Review Committee for the BC Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers his time to a variety of community initiatives. Chris lives in Langley and contributes to his business community serving on the board of directors of the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce.
