Christian Dumoulin

Christian Dumoulin is managing partner of Lavery's Sherbrooke office, a member of our Business Transactions and Real Estate Law Groups. His practice is focused primarily on corporate, banking, and real estate law for a diverse client base. Mr. Dumoulin has extensive experience in business law and is frequently called upon to assist with business transactions, including corporate reorganizations, sales, mergers, and acquisitions of companies of all sizes in a wide range of industries, financing, business planning, dispute resolution between shareholders, as well as tough negotiations. His commercial real estate practice includes the development, leasing, sale and purchase of commercial properties. He is regularly consulted in connection with the negotiation, drafting, and analysis of commercial leases and buy-sell agreements for commercial buildings as well as other commercial real estate matters.
