Christine is a seasoned transactional lawyer with multi-jurisdictional legal and commercial experience in infrastructure, public and private M&A, debt and equity capital raisings, strategic acquisitions, and business integration. Christine's practice focuses on infrastructure projects. She advises project developers on all aspects of infrastructure project delivery, including public-private partnerships, regularly guiding clients through RFP processes, and drafting and negotiating related project agreements and commercial contracts. Her clients include equity providers, construction contractors and operations and maintenance/service providers. Christine previously served as in-house counsel to the Canadian project finance arm of a global infrastructure development company, and as in-house counsel to the corporate finance division of an international investment bank. She is known for her balanced approach to business risk issues.
