Colin is a corporate and capital markets lawyer with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, restructuring transactions and corporate governance matters across a variety of industries in a cross-border or domestic context. In his merger and acquisition work, Colin acts for senior management, boards of directors, acquirors, targets, and special committees, in public and private transactions (hostile and friendly), proxy contests and restructurings. In his corporate finance practice, Colin advises issuers and dealers on all aspects of raising capital, across public and private debt and equity markets, and for all stages of financing and fundraising cycles. Colin works across sectors, with a particular focus on life sciences and mining.
