Craig Brusnyk

Craig is a commercial litigator with extensive experience handling a wide range of matters for clients in the environmental, energy, natural resource, industrial, infrastructure, construction, and transportation sectors. Craig has appeared as trial and appellate counsel before courts in the Province of Alberta and elsewhere in Canada, as well as in mediations, private arbitrations, and before administrative tribunals. He also advises and assists clients with regulatory compliance, investigations, and enforcement proceedings.
