Craig is a partner in McEwan Partners in Vancouver. A former law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada to the present Chief Justice of Canada, Craig brings 25 years of experience in complex commercial litigation in such areas as product liability, professional liability, and shareholder disputes. Craig has acted for a wide range of businesses and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also appeared before courts or tribunals in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador. Craig was named by Chambers Global as a leading lawyer in the area of dispute resolution in British Columbia. An author and speaker for Continuing Legal Education, Craig has published a number of papers on a variety of topics including the admissibility of scientific evidence and privilege. He serves on the Editorial Board for the Commercial Litigation Law Journal and the Advisory Board for the Class Action Defense Quarterly.
