Daniel is a member of BLG’s Private Client Group. He is certified as a Specialist in Estates and Trusts Law by the Law Society of Ontario and was designated an ACIArb after completing the STEP Advanced Certificate in Mediation in England. He has argued significant cases on stay of proceedings, rectification, trustee removal and dependant’s relief, among others. His practice also involves representing parties in contentious multi-jurisdictional estate administrations and financial institutions in disputes with investors and their heirs. Further expertise in defence of professional negligence claims, commercial litigation and family law.
