Danielle quarterbacks highly complex matters that involve litigation, corporate, real estate, estate planning and/or tax issues. She represents trust companies, financial institutions, fiduciaries (including estate trustees during litigation), high-net-worth families, beneficiaries, charities and not-for-profit organizations. She is regularly retained to resolve high-conflict matters such as those involving the conduct of fiduciaries, family and private corporation succession issues, and mental capacity matters.
