Danny Duy Vu is a partner in the litigation and dispute resolution group, whose practice focuses on bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructurings, as well as on commercial litigation. He regularly advises and represents debtors, creditors, interim lenders, court-appointed officers, and other stakeholders in the context of proceedings commenced under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and the Canada Business Corporations Act, and is also regularly called upon to advise clients in matters involving the sale and purchase of financially troubled businesses. He has had an active role in large-scale Quebec-based, national and cross-border restructuring proceedings and has appeared before courts in several jurisdictions across Canada. He has also participated in several complex litigation matters.
