David has over 20 years of experience helping clients across industries and sectors, achieve success with their IT projects, including enterprise digital transformations, adoption of cutting-edge technologies, and other strategic or business-critical IT projects. He also provides strategic advice with respect to technology and data commercialization, intellectual property, e-commerce, privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, procurement, open source software, blockchain, artificial intelligence, anti-spam and social media.
On October 13, 2004, British Columbia Ferry Services Inc. completed its second public offering of 2004, a $250 million offering of 6.25 per cent senior secured bonds due October 13, 2034. The lead underwriter for the offering was CIBC World Markets Inc.
