David Wakely was a founding member of the firm and has been practising exclusively in the area of labour relations on behalf of management since his call to the Bar in 1975. He practises in all areas of labour and employment law with the primary focus on collective bargaining and litigation of employment-related matters in the Courts. He represents a large municipal client base in rights arbitrations and interest arbitrations. He also frequently represents clients before labour relations boards (including the Ontario Labour Relations Board) and other tribunals.
