David is a former occupational therapist turned disability lawyer. His practice focuses exclusively on representing clients in claims involving long-term disability insurance, CPP disability, workers compensation, and the disability tax credit. He is the author of several books, including A Beginner's Guide to Disability Insurance Claims in Canada; The Beginner's Guide to CPP Disability; and The CPP Disability Application Workbook. David lives in New Brunswick, but represents clients nationwide. He is called to the bar in Ontario, Alberta, Nova Scotia, New Bruswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador. David is a past president of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. David is a graduate of Dalhousie University with a bachelor degree in occupational therapy (1997), a master of science degree in occupational therapy (2001), and a JD (2004).
