David Little is the National Leader of Dentons Canada's Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies Group and a member of the Canada Region Board. David focuses on representing funds and emerging companies in venture capital financings, cross-border transactions, buy-outs, and M&A. David regularly acts as principal external counsel for many of the leading venture capital investors (both private and public) in Canada and the United States in a broad range of financing transactions, including a number of the largest VC deals in Canada. He also provides ongoing corporate and securities advice to numerous knowledge-based and other emerging companies, as well as senior executives, boards of directors, and fund general partners, through all stages of the growth cycle, from start-up through M&A and public financings, including with respect to governance, equity compensation, and other corporate matters.
