David R. Davies

David Davies is a senior tax litigator at Thorsteinssons LLP. He began his career with Thorsteinssons LLP initially as a tax planner and later turned to litigation. This gave him a deep understanding of the nuances of the Income Tax Act and other tax legislation, which he now uses to his clients’ advantage. He has appeared numerous times as taxpayers’ counsel in the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the provincial courts of Ontario and BC.
