With over 25 years of experience, she specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate commercial law, advising clients primarily in the life sciences, manufacturing and IT services sectors. Her practice focuses on business transactions, international trade and governance and compliance matters. Dominique brings extensive expertise in structuring and implementing complex industrial projects and partnerships, managing international sales of goods, navigating compliance issues in global trade, and providing advice in procurement processes – often in cross-cultural and cross-border environments. Dominique is responsive, reliable, efficient and thorough, and she excels at finding practical and creative solutions that she expresses in clear legal terms. She promotes a collaborative and constructive approach while keeping our clients’ objectives in mind. She previously held a senior role with a major US defense contractor, where she led significant industrial projects in a highly regulated industry.
