Duncan Snyder is a partner in the corporate group at Gowling WLG and is based in the Waterloo Region office. Duncan advises clients on transformative business transactions. Duncan is also highly experienced advising entrepreneurs, start-ups and high-growth companies. He provides advice on shareholder agreements, commercial agreements, equity and debt financings, stock options and incentive plans, strategic arrangements, and other corporate, governance and business matters.
