Elizabeth works regularly with owners, developers, lenders, borrowers and landlords dealing with all facets of commercial property. She has been extensively involved in acquisitions and sales of properties of all asset classes, development, rezoning and permit approvals, commercial leasing, real estate financing and clean power projects. She has acted for developers of different types of projects including master-planned communities, shopping centres, office buildings, office parks, hotels and resorts and educational and recreational facilities including post-secondary use, schools, daycares and parks. Elizabeth has extensive dealings with many local governments in British Columbia, including urban and rural communities. She has structured many limited partnerships and other investment vehicles for owners and investors of projects. She has acted for borrowers and lenders in financings and commercial landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of leases. Elizabeth has spoken at many continuing legal education and real estate industry events.
