Elizabeth Rafferty is a partner in our Real Property & Planning Group in Calgary. She maintains a general commercial real estate practice, advising clients on acquisitions and dispositions, lender- and borrower-side financing transactions secured by real property interests, and commercial leasing matters. Elizabeth received her BA (with distinction) from the University of Calgary in 2007, her JD from the University of Victoria in 2011, and her LLM from the University of Toronto in 2017. She is also a member of the Law Society of Alberta.
