Elliot Saccucci

Elliot Saccucci is a partner in the firm’s Labour and Employment Group and Head of its Sports Law Group. He advises employers on complex workplace and regulatory matters, with a practice that includes employment law and administrative law. Elliot regularly acts for organizations in employment-related disputes and provides strategic advice on issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, mass terminations, executive compensation, human resources management, human rights, employment standards, and litigation risk management. His practice also includes judicial review and other administrative law proceedings. In addition to his employment law practice, Elliot leads a well-regarded sports law practice, advising clients on sports-related legal and governance matters, including contractual, disciplinary, and regulatory issues. He represents clients in mediations, arbitrations, and before courts and tribunals at both the provincial and federal levels.
