Select experience includes representing: RF Capital Group in its C$597 million acquisition by iA Financial Corporation; Michael Andlauer and his partners on the acquisition of the Ottawa Senators hockey club; C$250 million bond offering by MDA Space; Clairvest Group in the closing of its seventh private equity fund at US$1.2 billion; MDA Space in its initial public offering; and the underwriters in various public offerings by Brookfield Asset Management, Brookfield Corporation, Brookfield Renewables and Brookfield Infrastructure.
