Enda is the Montreal Leader of McMillan’s Business Law Group and Head of the Montréal Corporate Services team. An experienced business lawyer, her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, with recognized expertise in acquisition financing, corporate organization and structuring. Practising in both common law and civil law, Enda manages regional, national and cross-border transactions and is valued for her insight into the differences between the two legal systems. She has extensive experience in the technology and food and beverage sectors. Enda advises private enterprises, institutional and private equity investors and non-profit organizations on commercial, regulatory and compliance matters, including services agreements, contest filings and compliance with Quebec’s Charter of the French Language. Before joining McMillan, Enda worked in the legal department of a major international pharmaceutical company and was active in the McGill Legal Information Clinic and Pro Bono Students Canada during her legal studies.
