Enda is the Montreal group leader of the firm’s Business Law Group. Enda’s practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganizations and structuring, and commercial matters. Enda regularly advises clients on corporate and commercial matters including the drafting and negotiation of complex agreements and other commercial documents and advising on a variety of matters including corporate governance, compliance relating to contests, the Charter of the French Language and other legal issues that clients face on a day-to-day basis. Practicing both common and civil law, Enda has worked on regional, national and cross-border transactions, advising on the similarities and differences between the two approaches on a variety of commercial and transactional matters.
