Enzo Di Iorio is the Chair of Miller Thomson. He has a varied and diverse practice as a trusted advisor to many of his Canadian and international clients who call on him to provide general counsel and strategic advice for all aspects of their business from handling litigation and risk avoidance issues, to managing M&A, commercial and real estate transactions to assisting with financings, governance and shareholder issues, corporate reorganizations, private client and estate and tax planning. Enzo’s experience acting as his clients’ outside “in-house counsel” has allowed him to develop a pragmatic business approach to solving problems for his clients without any hint of indecisiveness. He has successfully appeared at all levels of court in Ontario dealing with all facets of complex, commercial and construction litigation having been recognized in various publications for his high-profile work. At the same time, Enzo’s business law practice has enabled him to regularly manage and oversee large portfolio transactions in various sectors and industries including automotive, long-term care and real estate/construction.
