Eric Choi

Eric is a partner in the Real Estate Group. His practice involves all aspects of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, joint venture and co-ownership, and leasing of commercial real estate. Eric regularly advises real estate owners, developers, asset and property managers and financial institutions across a broad range of asset classes, including industrial, office, retail, mixed-used, and residential properties. Eric has extensive experience acting for several of the country’s largest and most recognized REITs, publicly traded real estate companies, and other institutional real estate owners and investors.
