Eric Schneider practises corporate, commercial and expropriation law. He has been involved in numerous negotiations, agreements, actions and transactions in various areas of corporate and commercial law, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, agribusiness and shareholders’ agreements. Eric received his Bachelor of Science (Hons. Physics) degree from the University of Waterloo in 1975 and his JD from the University of Toronto in 1978.
