Erin Page is a partner in the Advocacy Department of Gowling WLG's Ottawa office. She practises in the area of health law with a focus on civil litigation and regulatory/administrative law, including medical negligence, professional liability and professional disciplinary matters. She has represented medical professionals before various levels of court as well as administrative tribunals in Ontario. Erin acted as counsel to the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) from 2021 to 2024 before returning to her litigation practice in 2025. Erin strongly believes in giving back to the community and is an active volunteer with Pro Bono Ontario. She has also served on the Health Law Executive Committee of the Ontario Bar Association, as well as the Young Lawyers Executive Committee of the Ontario Bar Association. Erin is the National Co-Chair for Gowling WLG’s WomenRise Committee, focused on empowering women within the firm. Erin has been recognized in both The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and The Best Lawyers in Canada.
