Eve Tessier

Eve Tessier is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Business Law Group in Montréal. Her practice is focused on the various aspects of corporate financing and banking. Eve has acted in transactions for the purchase and sale of private corporations, syndicated loans, securitization programs and secured lending transactions. She represents banks and other financial institutions as well as borrowers in connection with the implementation of credit facilities and the taking of security both in national and cross-borders transactions. Eve’s practice also includes advising clients on regulatory matters relating to the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec).
