Faiz Lalani

Faiz acts for clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial litigation and class action defence, with a focus on securities, competition and consumer class actions. He also frequently represents clients in significant M&A disputes and securities enforcement matters. His experience spans multiple industries, including mining, technology and retail. Faiz represents clients before courts and tribunals across Canada. Faiz has acted for many years in landmark constitutional cases on a pro bono basis. He also serves as a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. Faiz was co-lecturer in Securities Regulation at McGill University’s Faculty of Law. He is also on the Executive Committee of the Quebec Branch of the Canadian Bar Association's Class Actions Section.
