Frank Walwyn is a Partner at WeirFoulds LLP with a multi-jurisdictional litigation practice focused on high stakes business disputes across Canada and the Caribbean. Frank is licensed to practise in Canada and multiple Caribbean jurisdictions. He regularly acts in cross border matters involving shareholder and directors’ disputes, challenges to restraint orders, fraud and corruption investigations, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, and complex offshore trusts and estates litigation. Frank is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and co-editor of Ontario Annual Practice. In 2019, he received the Law Society Medal, the highest honour bestowed by the Law Society of Ontario. He is the recipient of the 2025 Ontario Bar Association Award of Excellence in Civil Litigation and is consistently recognized by leading legal directories for his work in Corporate and Commercial Litigation.
