Geneviève Baillargeon Bouchard is a partner in our litigation group of Québec City office. Her practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on medical liability and professional responsibility matters. Since the beginning of her practice, she has been representing clients before all levels of judicial courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada. The legal issues for which she is mandated by her clients also frequently led her to appear before various administrative bodies, including administrative tribunals and professional orders.
