Practice includes all aspects of construction contract and project document drafting and construction claims, defences, tendering issues, claims for lien, breach of trust claims, delay claims and surety bond work. Employs alternative dispute resolution and advocacy at trial and appellate levels. First lawyer appointed as a Member of the Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC), and participated in the revision and development of standard CCDC construction contracts and other documents.
