Called to the bar of Ontario in 1979. Managing partner of DelZotto Zorzi LLP, and head of the firm’s real estate department. Practice covers a full range of commercial real estate transactions, with particular emphasis on land development and condominium law. Represented numerous developers in the creation of mixed-use and multi-phased condominium projects. Practice includes the provision of legal opinions on various aspects of real property and condominium law. Has co-authored Condominiums in Ontario: A Practical Analysis of the New Legislation, published jointly by the LSO and the OBA. Recipient of the OBA’s Award of Excellence in Real Property Law in 2007, and honoured as a “Fellow of the Canadian Condominium Institute” in 2008. Was Chairman of the Board of Tarion Warranty Corporation from April 2008 to April 2014. Inducted into the BILD Hall of Fame in 2017 for contributions to the building and development industry in the Greater Toronto Area. Recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017 from the Ontario Home Builders Association, in recognition of outstanding service to the building industry in Ontario. Harry is co-chair of the LandPro Conference on land development issues, from 2016 to the present.
