Acts for owners, developers, landlords, tenants, purchasers, and vendors in the planning, drafting, and negotiating of real estate contracts and agreements. Extensive experience in complex real estate financing transactions, acting for borrowers, syndicates, banks and trust companies. Additional experience in public/private infrastructure projects and has acted on both public and private sector projects including: Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation’s modernization of gaming in Ontario, Waterfront Toronto’s revitalization, 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games Athletes’ Village, Highway Service Centres of Ontario, Deh Cho Bridge (Northwest Territories), Highway 407 toll road project and its privatisation and sale, and the Fredericton-Moncton toll highway project.
