She advises clients in their product launch, branding strategies, and advertising campaigns, through trademark clearance searches, and filing strategies in Canada and abroad. For years, she has been trusted by multinational corporations to be their IP counsel and guardian of their brands. Apart from being an expert in the protection and management of trademark portfolios, she has been involved in a number of corporate transactions, due diligence, licensing, and litigation matters involving IP assets.
