Isabelle Vendette is a partner in the firm’s Litigation group. Her practice focuses on corporate commercial litigation and civil litigation, as well as on internal investigations and cybersecurity. She advises and represents financial institutions, telecommunication companies, and other corporations in complex cases and high-profile class actions. She has led litigation files in various fields, including consumer law, unfair competition, banking law, product liability, false or misleading advertising, and in special remedies such as injunctions. She is a regular speaker at conferences, where she presents on class actions, ESG litigation trends, consumer law, and cybersecurity. She is also a contributing author to the fifth edition of Defending Class Actions in Canada and to articles on injunction. Isabelle is a member of the Massachusetts, New York, and Quebec bars. She received a master’s degree in European and comparative law from the University of Oxford and an LLM in American Law from Boston University. She was recognized as a Leading Individual: Dispute Resolution by The Legal 500 Canada and as a Future Star by Benchmark Litigation Canada.
